Privacy Policy

Last updated · June 21, 2026

Draftable (“we,” “us”) is a market-analysis tool operated by an individual sole proprietor at draftable.studio: you paste an idea and we return one deep, web-grounded competitive/market-analysis report. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what the product needs to work.

Who we are

Draftable is operated as a sole proprietorship based in California, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@draftable.studio.

What we collect

We collect the following, and only for the purposes described below:

  • Account data. Your email address, and an authentication identifier. If you sign in with GitHub, we receive your GitHub email and basic profile from GitHub via our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in plain text.
  • Your ideas and content. The ideas you submit, the analysis runs, and the market-analysis reports produced. This is your content and is stored against your account.
  • Usage and billing metadata. Run timestamps, your report-credit balance, and a record of report purchases. We do not collect or store your card number or payment details; those are handled entirely by our payment processor (see “How payments work”).

How we use it

  • To provide the core product: running the grounded analysis of your idea and generating your market-analysis report.
  • To operate accounts and process one-time report purchases.
  • To secure the service, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to your support and account requests.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your idea content to train our own models.

Service providers we share data with (subprocessors)

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run Draftable. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

  • Supabase handles authentication, our database, and hosting of your account data, ideas, and analysis results.
  • Vercel handles application hosting and serving.
  • Lemon Squeezy is our payment processor and merchant of record. They collect and process all payment information directly; they handle checkout and billing. See their privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
  • Anthropic is the AI provider (Claude) that powers the grounded market-analysis pass. Your idea text is sent to Anthropic to produce the report, which performs live web searches via Anthropic’s search tool to ground every claim in real sources.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

How payments work

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Each report is a one-time purchase: you complete checkout on Lemon Squeezy’s hosted page and they process your payment. We receive only confirmation of the order and a customer/order identifier so we can grant your report credit. We never receive your full card details, and there is no subscription.

Data retention

We keep your account data and content while your account is active. You can delete individual ideas at any time from the studio, which removes their associated runs and reports. If you want your entire account and data deleted, email support@draftable.studio and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to ask what we hold. To exercise any of these, email support@draftable.studio. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and access controls scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and limit who and what can access it.

Children

Draftable is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
